It’s kind of fun that I now realize I can make condiments at home. Not everything has to be bought pre-made.

Tonight I made the homemade mayonnaise. The truth is I made it twice. The first time was going so well – it looked perfect. And then all of the sudden it broke. Sara warns about that this may happen. I tried to save it, but when I went to pick up the blender, the bottom somehow came separated front the glass. Let’s just say there was a huge mess to clean up. Ugh!

I wanted to quit, but persevered. Round two was much more successful.

Here’s the mayonnaise. It’s just mayonnaise, but it it’s mine!
