Sausage, White Bean, and Broccoli Rabe Stew

This dish was delicious! It just jumped to the number one favorite recipe I’ve made out of this cookbook up to this point.

I have never made anything I would consider to be of restaurant quality, until now. There was a depth of flavor to this stew that made you want to keep eating more. I can only assume that flavor came from the homemade chicken stock.

This was the first time I had to go to a specialty grocery to get an ingredient for a recipe in this book. I couldn’t find the broccoli rabe at my local grocer, but one extra trip resulted in success.

Stop whatever you’re doing right now and go make this. I’m serious. You will not be disappointed.
