Spicy Creamed Corn

The Summer Version:

Time to make some side dishes! The creamy texture of this corn came from using an interesting technique of putting some of the corn in a blender and then adding it to the rest. Also, it has a bit of a spicy kick making it a little different from a regular corn side dish. And, of course, the fresh herbs at the end added great flavor!
