I am a regular drinker of chai tea, preferably in a hot latte format. I was intrigued by this recipe, and had to purchase some of the spices because I didn’t already have them in the pantry.
The process was a bit mesmerizing. Look at those beautiful spices in the pan before I gave it a stir.

Several hours from beginning to end, but well with the wait. Most of the time was spent waiting while the panna cotta cooled.
The final dish was popular with my family and tasted exactly like chai. Although they did ask for some homemade whipped cream to add to the top.
