Sautéed Lemon Chicken with fried capers

This was the second dish we had for Christmas Eve dinner. My oldest son said I was setting a high precedent for future years by fixing both steak and chicken.

This chicken was packed with lemon flavor. My sauce ended up richer and darker because I left it covered and simmering while I focused my attention on cooking the steak.
