I realized that I’ve been cooking, but not posting! I need to do some catching up here.

This may be the simplest recipe in the entire book. But I needed these lemons for Christmas Eve dinner (more to come about that in the following post). They did the job and froze beautifully. I’ll be using these in several dishes in the near future.
