Sal’s Old-School Meatballs

This meatball is made from a ground meat trifecta- beef, pork, and veal. It came together easily and while the meatballs chilled, I made the accompanying tomato and potato sauce.

My family is used to a barbecue meatball, so I wasn’t sure how well liked this meal would be. There was definitely a different taste to it than what we normally eat, but it had a lot of flavor and Derek went back for seconds.
