Sautéed Fish Fillets with creamy mustard-tarragon sauce

This was a tasty fish dish. My sauce ended up much thicker than it was supposed to (and as it looked in the picture) but that did not negatively impact the taste. I enjoyed this dish and will make it again. I especially liked the tarragon flavor.

There are directions for how to make a lower fat version, but we went full fat on ours!
