I used my paneer in this recipe. I was skeptical about this one, just not sure anyone would like it. I was wrong! Derek loved it. Mine didn’t turn out just like the picture, but that didn’t seem to negatively impact the flavor.

I’m cooking shows I hear people talk about layers of flavor or depth of flavor and I think I now understand what they mean. This recipe had many layers of flavor that all worked well together. A delicious dish and it was easy to make the paneer to use in it.
