What is the same is peeling those potatoes. It was a team effort.
I found this steaming method to totally work. However, there was a mishap with me not keeping an eye on the boiling water underneath. Such a rookie mistake! I was so mad at myself.
We made it work for our Thanksgiving meal, but I definitely am making these again to give it a second try. Also, I looked two different places for a ricer, with no luck. So, I need to regroup, restock, and retry soon!
