This recipe was for me. I could eat salmon every day. I appreciated Sara’s tips included on these pages. I easily skinned the salmon based on her suggestions.

There is a ton of flavor packed into this dish from the citrus, olives, and rosemary. Plus, it looks great. Here is was right before I slid it into the oven.

I tasted it after the suggested cooking time, but ended up baking it longer out of preference. This meal was an easy way to add flavor to salmon fillets. And such an easy clean-up!
