Spicy Greens Ravioli

I am going to deem this the most technically challenging dish up to this point. It wasn’t that there was anything difficult to understand, but it just all did not come together for me.

The wonton wrappers should have made this simple, but I could not get those things to stick together when I put them into the water. Too rapidly boiling? Not pinched well? Too much filling? I tried it all, but never quite found the “magic touch.”

In the end, I ended up with a few and a perfectly fine dish – not bad, not great, just fine. The toasted walnuts absolutely added a necessary crunch and taste addition.

Oh well. They can’t all be great, right?
