Taco Night With Two Fillings

For the past month I’ve been busy making all foods holiday. I’m sure you’ve been doing the same. Now I’m ready to turn back to Sara and her cookbook.

First up – taco night! When I first read through this recipe, I thought it was going to be more difficult than it was. Derek helped me on this one and we enjoyed some delicious tacos!

This recipe was also a great one to try out my new fancy knife and cutting board my husband gave me for Christmas. I’ve earned the right to start purchasing nicer kitchen tools. Yay!

Marinating the meat with this totally interesting marinade made out of onions, garlic, lime juice, and cumin.
