Homemade tortillas? You must be crazy. I can surely save myself a lot of time and effort if I just purchase these, right? But it is in the book, so cook it I did.

First I had to buy a tortilla press. I initially thought this was a waste of money (spoiler alert – I will be using this again).

We have always been a flour tortilla family. I’ve tried purchasing corn tortillas multiple times before and every time it has been a major flop, but these fresh corn tortillas were great! And easy. And we will be making them again.
