Thick Tahini Sauce

I had never purchased Tahini before, so of course I had to Google it to find out where to even look for it in the store (by the olives in case you’re wondering). It easily came together. The notes suggest trying it on a sandwich instead of mustard. I’ll do that! Tonight I made it to go with the Brussels Sprouts recipe, so I made the basic sauce and added some yogurt and molasses to it.

I definitely need to invest in a food processor. The blender did not work for this sauce. It was too thick for those little blender blades. The food processor is on the Christmas wish list!
