Since I made the ghee, I decided to follow up with this Indian inspired recipe. This is a vegetarian recipe, but you don’t miss the meat. Be warned – it definitely had a spicy kick to it.
My final dish did not look like the picture in the book. Mine was way more yellow. Too much turmeric, I suppose. But it was still tasty.
I thought the chickpeas were the best part of the recipe. These were a delicious snack all on their own.
